Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MLOps Engineer with 5 years of experience to join our team in Pune and Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing machine learning models in production environments. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and IT operations to ensure seamless integration and scalability of ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Deployment: Implement and manage the deployment of machine learning models in production environments using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
2. Automation: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models to streamline the deployment process and ensure continuous integration and delivery.
3. Monitoring and Maintenance: Set up monitoring systems to track model performance and ensure reliability, scalability, and security of ML systems.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and software engineers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions for model integration.
5. Optimization: Optimize model performance and resource utilization in production environments, ensuring efficient use of computational resources.
6. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and system architectures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
7. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to model deployment and performance in production environments.
8. Security: Implement security best practices to protect data and models in production environments.
9. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MLOps and propose improvements to existing processes.
10. Training: Provide guidance and training to junior team members on MLOps practices and tools.
