The GPAM Product Owner (PO) will be responsible for the strategic product management of the GPAM technical set-up and processes, ensuring service stability and security. The PO is expected to drive the implementation of GPAM service, ensuring they meet the business needs ensuring service stability and security.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the GPAM by providing a comprehensive approach for GPAM service strategy, roadmap, design, and delivery, aligning on product development.

Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify product goals with business objectives and stakeholder needs. Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure alignment. Be the face of the product clearly setting expectations. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across entities clearly setting and managing expectations.

Trouble Shooting & Incident Handling: Advanced trouble shooting skills in handling operational incidents and collaboration with other operational teams to find the most efficient solution. Targeted communication under high pressure.

Backlog Management: The PO is expected to create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog for GPAM working closely with the Agile squad ensuring prioritization of the key requisites of the service.

Sprint Planning & Execution: Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Make informed decisions on trade-offs between scope, budget, and timelines with entities, squad and Chapter Lead included.

Capacity & Capability management: Collaborate closely with the Chapter Lead to estimate and forecast resourcing requirements including training needs of squad members aligned with the product vision.

OKR Contribution & Follow-Up:

  • Contribute to the development and alignment of quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Monitor progress towards achieving OKRs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance against OKRs.

 

Your skills

 

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with stakeholders across entities is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Prior experience in Privileged Access Management Solution is strongly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with a background in Service Operations and Processes

 

  • Experience in Project management, Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic AI knowledge
  • Functional / Domain
    • Experience in IAM solutions (e.g. Cyberark, One Identity, Directory Services – onside / cloud, PKI) with strong knowledge of PAM concepts and understanding of security, risks and governance.

 

Qualifications & Experience

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.

Expertise: 5+ years’ experience in Privileged Access Management or in IAM domain.

Certifications: CISM, CISSP, PMP, Agile-based Product Owner certifications.
