Core Job Objectives:
These technicians have more experience than L1 support technicians and manage incident/SR requests raised by the L1s or as agreed in documented SLA (Service Level Agreement) timelines. L2 technicians follow documented processes(Run-Book/KB which they can use for immediate resolutions). L2 engineers generally have 4 or more years of experience on a specific technology platform (e.g. Windows servers, IAM, CyberArk etc.). And key skillsets includes below
1. Implementation expertise with CyberArk PAM and AAM
2. IAM Lifecycle
3. Business Analyst role play with writing new user stories
4. Good knowledge with Active Directory
5. Advanced OS & Middleware troubleshooting skills
6. Knowledge with Networking principles
7. Knowledge with any scripting languages
8. Emerging cloud concepts
Duties and responsibilities

Providing solution for customer requirements

Capable to handle & troubleshoot priority incidents

Creating KB’s and Technical documentation
Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills
Must Have:

BE in Computer Science or equal.

Business Analyst responsibilities

Unix and Windows Administration
-
Knowledge in networking/CCNA certification
Good to Have:

Handle general updates and configuration changes/requests

CyberArk Defender - Certification
-
DevOps experience – having experience with Dynatrace/Docker/Puppet/Ansible/GIT tools
-
PowerShell Scripting knowledge
- A fundamental grasp of AI tools will be an added benefit.
