Experience
- 4-6+ years of hands‑on Change, Problem and Incident Process
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex problems and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve Incident / problems efficiently
- Skills in analyzing incident trends to improve processes and prevent future occurrences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling of all Incident, Change and Problem topics between OE and AzTech
- Major Incident and Emergency Change management and coordination (including GIM and HFC topics as mandated by DORA and Group)
- Coordination between OE internal teams especially ITOM and ITPS
- Escalation and Complaint Management
- Management of AzTech patching activities for Windows and Linux patching sending notifications mails to OE, creating relevant Changes (Linux) and Service Requests (Windows) in Remedy
- Management CSD and IDS central deployment process and coordination and management on Change weekends
- Management of Major changes with potential High Impact for IDS
- Ordering of Infrastructure and Platform components for IDS
- Delivering input for Service Review Meetings
Required Technical Skills
- Good ITIL knowledge
- Knowledge of Allianz Group CPI processes
- Experience of working with SNOW (ServiceNow), JIRA and BMC Remedy.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Allianz Technology IT Service and Platforms
- Excellent understanding of risk management and the ability to assess potential impacts of changes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications.
Good‑to‑Have Skills
- Knowledge in DORA
- Exposure to financial services platforms and regulatory context.
- Data visualization (Power BI) and basic statistics.
