Are you passionate about cloud technologies, customer enablement, and driving digital adoption? We are looking for a CDC Enablement Specialist to join our CDC Enablement Squad within the Platform Common Services (PCS) Tribe.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our CDC customers — empowering them to adopt and make the most of our CDC platform through expert guidance, technical consultations, and innovative enablement initiatives.
What You'll Do
Customer Enablement & Engagement
- Conduct Technical Consultations, Open Mic sessions, and DevOps Lounge discussions with customers
- Provide high-level architecture solutioning and advisory on CDC products and services
- Support customers during product introduction and onboarding phases
- Develop and deliver enablement materials including presentations, guides, videos, and FAQs
- Operate across a tiered support model to ensure the right level of assistance at every stage
Continuous Improvement
- Measure the impact of enablement activities through key metrics (consultation reduction, GPT query deflection, feedback scores)
- Identify opportunities to automate or digitize repetitive tasks
- Collaborate with communication and training teams to enhance CDC awareness and user satisfaction
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with CDC Product Owners and Operations squads
- Maintain clear documentation across CDC data sources and communication channels
- Monitor feedback mechanisms and escalate issues as needed
Hybrid Cloud Onboarding
- Guide customers through onboarding processes, documentation, and enablement support for Hybrid Cloud services
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud services, or IT service delivery
- Familiarity with Hybrid Cloud, Data Center, or PaaS offerings
- Understanding of ITIL processes and governance frameworks
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of CDC platform services (Linux/Windows Server, Database, Storage, Backup, Monitoring)
- Knowledge of cloud and DevOps concepts
- Basic knowledge of AWS and Azure
- Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, and knowledge management tools
- Basic Jira knowledge for task management
- Exposure to AI tools or chatbots (a strong asset)
- Ability to interpret usage metrics and propose data-driven improvements
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for global stakeholders
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to simplify complex technical guidance
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional squad work
- Continuous improvement attitude with a focus on automation
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple activities simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in enablement, communication, or training initiatives
- Experience with Hybrid Cloud Onboarding or testing projects
- Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe) within global teams
- Proficiency with AI tools and digital assistants
