Overall Objectives of Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a Data Quality framework for the OE
- Coordinate with Data owners and Data stewards in the OE functions to establish the criticality of data, its
quality dimensions and quality goals
- Drive the implementation of the Data quality tool to perform quality assessments against the defined goals
- Ensure data remediation process and data issue resolution process are implemented
- Monitor and report Data quality metrics and drive improvements
- Identify/drive automation & reusable utilities implementations and process optimizations for scalable DQ
framework
- Adopt AI/Gen AI for performance and process optimizations
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. CDMP certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 7 years of experience with Data management projects spanning data ingestion, ETL/ELT, data analytics etc with at least 2- 3 years of experience in Data Governance and Data Quality management.
Experience in IDMC or any other Data management tool.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets and drive DQ issues remediation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of successfully implementing data projects in a large, complex organization.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards and process is a plus.
Familiarity with basic AI tools is considered an advantage.
