Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Project Operations and Sales modules.
Core MSD Skills:

- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, specifically Project Operations and Sales.
- Exclude candidates with sole experience in the Customer Service module.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 using out-of-the-box features.
- Develop and maintain document templates and contract templates.
General MSD Skills:

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
- Design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
- Conduct unit testing and ensure quality assurance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
- Actively participate in meetings and take on responsibilities as needed.
- Knowledge in AI Tools will be an add-on.
