Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Manager to support the execution and governance of a large-scale Transformation Program operating in a complex multi-vendor environment.
The role will work closely with the Program Manager/Director and delivery leadership to establish strong governance, structured reporting, delivery discipline, and executive-level visibility across the program.
The ideal candidate will bring structured program governance expertise, stakeholder management capability, and strong executive communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Governance & Control
- Support the Program Manager in establishing and managing the Program Management Office (PMO).
- Define and maintain program governance frameworks, operating model, and reporting cadence.
- Track program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Ensure adherence to program processes across all vendors and workstreams.
- Drive standardization of delivery processes and templates across multi-vendor teams.
2. Steering Committee & Executive Reporting
- Create and manage Steering Committee (SteerCo) meeting packs including:
- Executive summary
- Financial status
- Milestone tracking
- Risk and issue dashboards
- Vendor performance updates
- Coordinate inputs from delivery leads and vendor partners.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and executive-level messaging.
- Track and follow up on action items from SteerCo and governance forums.
3. Multi-Vendor Coordination
- Act as PMO anchor across multiple delivery partners and internal teams.
- Monitor vendor performance against agreed KPIs, milestones, and SLAs.
- Facilitate cross-vendor dependency management.
- Support conflict resolution through structured governance mechanisms.
4. Delivery Process & Operating Model
- Work with delivery leads to:
- Establish structured delivery tracking mechanisms.
- Define program dashboards and metrics.
- Standardize status reporting across workstreams.
- Support implementation of best practices in Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall governance models as applicable.
- Ensure change management and scope governance processes are followed.
5. Financial & Commercial Tracking
- Support program financial tracking including budget vs actuals.
- Assist in vendor invoice validation against milestones.
- Track cost impacts of change requests.
6. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain program repository, documentation standards, and audit trails.
- Ensure readiness for audits and executive reviews.
- Maintain decision logs and governance documentation.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management roles.
- Experience supporting large transformation programs (IT / Digital / Platform).
- Strong exposure to multi-vendor delivery environments.
- Experience preparing executive-level reporting and Steering Committee materials.
- Strong understanding of program governance frameworks.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex enterprise environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance / Financial Services domain.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification.
- Experience working in global delivery models.
