Overall Objectives of Job
Project Name : MS Dynamics
Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Project Operations and Sales modules.
Core MSD Skills:

- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, specifically Project Operations and Sales.
- Exclude candidates with sole experience in the Customer Service module.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 using out-of-the-box features.
- Develop and maintain document templates and contract templates.
General MSD Skills:
-
- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
- Design and implement workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
- Conduct unit testing and ensure quality assurance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
- Actively participate in meetings and take on responsibilities as needed.
Qualification, Experience and Skills
Technical Skill Requirement:
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience writing plugins, workflows, JavaScript, dialogs, etc.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Working knowledge of CRM interoperability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and MS BI Stack.
- Proficiency in C#/VB.NET, ADO.NET, XML, T-SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, Web Services, ASP.NET, and Silverlight.
Desirable/Good to Have
- Knowledge in DevOps concepts and cloud domain
- Experience in Agile methodology.
- Good to have Adobe Experience Manager content management system experience
- Knowledge in AWS
- Experience in implementing solutions with OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC) user authentication and authorisation with AI knowledge.
