Job Description: Senior Value Realization Office – Lead 

Role Purpose

Drive end-to-end value realization, and vendor performance oversight to ensure delivery of committed financial and operational outcomes aligned with the business case (Overall and OPERATING ENTITY-level), supported by transparent reporting, independent assurance, and AI-enabled insights.


Key Experience Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in:
    • Contract management / vendor management
    • Financial performance / business case tracking
    • Large-scale transformation programs or outsourcing models
  • Experience working with Banking Global capability centres or global service providers are preferred
  • Strong exposure to:
    • SLA/KPI design and performance management
    • Stakeholder engagement at senior leadership level
  • Experience in data-driven reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics
  • Exposure to AI-driven processes, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is a strong advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tech, Business, Finance, Law, or related field
  • Certifications in Contract Management / Procurement / Project Management (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CIPS) are a plus
