Role: Jira Administration and Process Automation Expert

We are seeking skilled Jira Administrator and Process Automation Expert. This role requires deep expertise in Jira configuration, process mapping, automation tools, and scripting to improve operational efficiency and enhance project delivery.

• Proven experience as a Jira Administrator with strong knowledge of Jira configurations and administration best practices.
• Expertise in Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Crowd).
• Proficient in Automation for Jira, ScriptRunner, Jira REST API, and scripting languages (Groovy, JavaScript, etc.).
• Solid understanding of business process modeling, value stream mapping, and process optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with data integration, ETL, and API-based data exchange.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or ITIL frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure best practices in instance management, version upgrades, and performance tuning.
