What you do

  • Participate in workshops and meetings to understand current processes and shape optimal automation solutions
  • Analyze and document as-is processes and support the design of to-be automated processes
  • Identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility, risks, and dependencies
  • Perform process scoping, sizing, and business impact estimation
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and process definitions
  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and RPA development team
  • Collaborate with the development team during build, testing, and deployment phases
  • Support testing activities (UAT) and ensure solution alignment with requirements
  • Facilitate issue and risk management throughout the automation lifecycle
  • Deliver demos, knowledge transfer, and awareness sessions to stakeholders

 

What you bring
Business  Expertise

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or Process Owner (Finance, Accounting, Operations, HR or IT services)
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Experience in process mapping and improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma is a plus)
  • Ability to assess automation potential and business value

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong documentation and structuring capabilities
  • Problem-solving and solution-oriented thinking
