Data Integration Specialist

Turn business requirements into reliable data. In this role, you’ll work across diverse businesses and over 100+ client partners at Allianz Partners to load, transform, and validate large datasets. You’ll manage end-to-end ETL processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our systems remain accurate and up to date for the teams that depend on them. What you’ll do

• Load, transform, and validate data into systems/databases
• Manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to support data migration
• Monitor and troubleshoot data loading; resolve errors and discrepancies
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency during loading
• Conduct data validation and reconciliation; correct identified errors
• Work with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to capture requirements
• Provide support and documentation for data loading processes
• Develop scripts/automation to streamline data loading
• Optimize loading performance to handle large datasets efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies/regulatory requirements; maintain data confidentiality and security

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Practical knowledge of ETL/data integration tools (e.g., Pentaho Data Integration/Kettle, SSIS)
• Experience with SQL and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) for data manipulation
• Experience in data management; exposure to big data is an advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Excel; Power Query is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; high attention to data accuracy
• Good communication and collaboration skills; able to explain technical topics to non‑technical users
• Customer‑ and service‑oriented
• Language: Thai required; proficient English (strong proficiency is an advantage)
