Overall Objectives of Job
- The role ensures that a high volume of changes and large releases are planned, approved, and delivered in a controlled, auditable, and disruption-free manner.
- Acts as a bridge between development teams, product owners, and operations, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Manages a complex and heterogeneous platform that spans multiple instances serving central, global, local, and regional needs.
- Oversees systems that include legacy components while driving the transition to DevOps and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Balances regulatory discipline with a focus on automation and modern delivery practices to enhance efficiency and performance.

Lead and optimize end-to-end software release processes using AI-driven insights, automation, and risk management to ensure reliable, efficient, and high-quality product deployments.
Qualification & Experience:
- 3–5 years in release and/or change management within large, complex enterprise IT environments.
- Experience managing change in a highly regulated industry (financial services, insurance, banking, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with One Identity or a comparable enterprise IAM platform.
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, particularly Change & Release modules and CAB workflows.
- Practical understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) and how to operationalize controls.
- Comfort operating in a complex, multi-instance environment with legacy systems, while supporting a move toward modern delivery.
- Strong customer-service mindset and the ability to balance operational reality with development ambition.
- Proven ability to coordinate across development, product, and operations functions in globally distributed teams.
