Responsable Ensemble Applicatif - Treasury (m/f/d)

The Responsible Ensemble Applicatif (REA) is responsible for the governance, stability, evolution, and operational excellence of the Treasury application ecosystem. Acting at the intersection of business and IT, the REA ensures that Treasury applications effectively support business processes while maintaining operational resilience, risk control, and compliance with change management standards.
The role combines application management, functional analysis, solution design, incident management, and change governance within the Treasury Squad environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Portfolio Management
- Own and manage the Treasury application landscape and associated dependencies
- Analyze application interdependencies, assess risks, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
- Conduct impact assessments for business, technical, and regulatory changes
- Monitor application health, performance, and operational stability
- Coordinate remediation plans and recovery activities following production incidents or major application failures
Functional Analysis (Business & IT)
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business and functional requirements
- Validate functional and technical solution proposals
- Support end-to-end delivery from requirements definition through deployment
Quality Assurance
- Prepare and review test cases and test evidence
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users
- Analyze defects and support issue resolution throughout the testing lifecycle
Incident and Production Support
- Investigate production incidents and application anomalies
- Perform log analysis to identify root causes and support troubleshooting activities
- Coordinate recovery actions and ensure service restoration within agreed service levels
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing recurring incidents
Change and Release Management
- Participate actively in the Change Management process
- Prepare and contribute to change approval meetings
- Produce and validate deployment readiness documentation, including:
- Production Readiness Reviews
- Go-Live Approval Reports
- Secure Deployment Validation Reports
- Ensure controlled and secure production releases with appropriate rollback and contingency plans.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Infrastructure teams, and Operations teams
- Maintain project and operational documentation within Confluence
- Track requirements, incidents, enhancements, and delivery activities through Jira
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new squad members to ensure smooth integration into the team

Functional and Solution Design
- Strong functional analysis capabilities (Business Analysis / AMOA)
- Solution design experience (AMOA / MOE environments)
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Knowledge of Treasury business processes is highly desirable
Technical Skills
- SQL query writing and data analysis
- Log analysis and troubleshooting
- Understanding of application architecture and system integrations
- Experience working with APIs, batch processing, and data flows is a plus
