Client Delivery Intern - gain hands-on experience in Agile project management, data analysis, and client delivery while contributing to meaningful initiatives and professional development opportunities.

Program Details:

  • Start Date: Monday, June 1, 2026
  • End Date: Friday, August 7, 2026
  • Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
  • Work Environment: Hybrid (in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays)
  • Work Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

 

 

What you will do

  • Provide support on several key initiatives related to the Client Delivery function, which is responsible for partner implementations/API integrations
  • Support Agile Program Manager with data analysis, reporting, and action plan recommendations
  • Review and assess current Agile practices within the Client Delivery team
  • Research Agile methodologies and best practices used by similar organizations or industry leaders
  • Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders to gather feedback on Agile processes and delivery effectiveness
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and present recommendations to enhance Agile practices and delivery efficiency
  • Present updates and findings to key stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
  • Conduct special projects as directed by the Director of Client Delivery

 

What you will bring

  • Must be a college junior, rising Junior, senior or rising senior, pursuing a degree.  The preferred majors for this position are Business Administration, Project Management, or similar.

  • Foundational knowledge of Scrum/Agile; familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) preferred
  • Strong analytical and research skills to interpret data, identify trends, and benchmark practices
  • Effective interpersonal skills to build rapport and conduct stakeholder interviews
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting findings and recommendations
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous learning
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio; experience with data visualization tools a plus
