Risk Consultant (Credit Analyst)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct the credit assessment of buyers within response time including executing phone contacts and meetings with buyers and other sources such as banks to collect necessary information for the buyers
- Decide credit limit requests and make credit limit recommendations to Hong Kong Credit Office consistently, within response time according to our Risk Business Model

- by assessing buyer with all information available in the system and his/her own market knowledge
- by monitoring of the risk portfolio
- by preparing and analyzing further information, according to Information Quality Standards
- Be responsible for a dedicated customer’s portfolio, steer it and provide a pro-active service level to our customers

- by regularly meeting customers and brokers
- by organizing virtual meetings/conferences
- Contribute to support Commercial team in steering customers loss ratio and implement necessary actions to ensure or restore profitability of portfolio
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or any related discipline
- Preferred for a minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial banking or credit risk management, but we will also consider a candidate with less than 2 years’ work experiences who shows a strong potential and commitment to grow with our team
- Experienced in trade credit insurance is a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial statements analysis
- Highly energized with positive work attitude
- A good team player who takes the initiative to support team
- Experience in working for MNCs / a multicultural environment a definite advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
- Languages: Korean (Native) and proficient English (MUST)
- Conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
