Internship Accounting and Automation

Are you an experienced a student in Master 1 or 2 in Engineering or Business School with a passion for people, transformation and change management?

Then take the chance to do an internship in our Finance department at Allianz Benelux! We offer the opportunity to discover the Accounting department in the Process, Transformation & Support team where you can enhance your project management skills and find out what path you want to work towards in your future. Within the Process, Transformation and support team in the Accounting department, we lead process optimization (incl. build RPAs) and transformation of accounting processes (incl. tool migration), and we support Finance IT incidents management.

Curious to discover some projects/activities you could work on?

1/  Automation and process transformation

• Participate to the documentation of existing RPAs built by the team for Accounting processes
• Monitoring of the performance of the RPAs and first level of incident management
• Participate to creation of the methodology on Diagnosis, Build and Run of initiatives around process optimization

2/ Migration to S4/Hana

• Replacement of existing RPAs and/or manual interventions : Participate to the design of automation solutions, and the build of RPAs on UiPath or automation based on the Power Platform
• Test automation solutions rebuilt due to Migration to S4/Hana (incl. E2E tests)

And of course, you will be involved in everyday processes and projects to actively participate and contribute to the team’s goals. This engagement will accelerate your learning curve and provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the business and our team.
