You'll lead the digital transformation of operational processes across our Property & Casualty Insurance business in the Benelux. Think: modernizing payment systems, improving how we handle data, automating document flows, and making our teams work smarter.

You're the bridge between what the business needs and what technology can deliver — and you'll have the mandate to make it happen.

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Lead transformation programs across payment & collection systems, data management, and document automation
  • Connect business and IT — translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Own the roadmap for your domain, aligned with Allianz's regional and global strategy
  • Manage stakeholders at all levels: from senior leadership to external partners and consultants
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team across borders (Netherlands & Belgium), fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Drive Agile ways of working (SAFe) to increase delivery speed and quality
  • Ensure value delivery — solutions are tracked (Jira), tested, and successfully implemented

 

What You Bring

 

Must Haves

 

  • 7+ years in program/project management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Operational transformation experience ideally in insurance or financial services
  • Payment/collection systems knowledge or large-scale IT implementation background
  • Business & IT alignment skills — bridging functional requirements and technical delivery
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • At least one PM certification (Agile, Scrum, LEAN, Prince2, or similar)
  • Willingness to travel within Benelux and occasionally to Munich/Spain

 

Nice to Have

 

  • P&C Insurance operations experience
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar financial/ERP systems
  • SAFe certification or hands-on experience with scaled Agile frameworks
