As a Reward & Performance Specialist focused on the Netherlands, you will align Benelux reward policies with local legislation and group guidelines. Your role involves reviewing governance policies, launching reward processes, and supporting presentations for various committees. You will work closely with HR colleagues to ensure accurate data input and effective communication with employees, contributing to the overall success of Allianz Benelux.

Your Responsibilities:
- Align Benelux reward policies with local legislation and group guidelines.
- Review governance policies related to job catalogues, pay scales, and performance reviews.
- Launch and track Reward & Performance processes, ensuring accurate data input.
- Participate in audit requests and support presentations for various committees.
- Communicate with employees through Reward & Performance mailboxes and intranet messages.
Your Profile
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field, with at least a few years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward & Performance, Payroll Advisory or similar. You are proficient in Dutch and English. You excel in Excel and PowerPoint, have a good understanding of pay elements, and are familiar with HRIS tools like SuccessFactors. Your strong communication and analytical skills, along with your collaborative spirit, make you a perfect fit for our team.
