As the Tribe Lead - Transversal P&C Insurance, you will lead the transformation of operational processes across Allianz's P&C Insurance business lines in the Benelux region. This high-impact, cross-border role focuses on optimizing payment systems, implementing data management solutions, streamlining document generation, and enhancing task workflows. Acting as the key link between business stakeholders and IT delivery, you will define and execute a digital vision, ensuring scalable, high-performing solutions that align with Allianz’s global and regional strategies.
In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary virtual team, foster Agile/SAFe ways of working, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive innovation and operational excellence. Your Responsibilities
- Payment and Collection Leadership: Lead the transformation of payment and collection systems, harmonizing processes across all business lines and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Data Management Oversight: Drive the implementation of solutions for broker and customer data management, ensuring data is shared effectively across tribes.
- Document and Task Management: Optimize input/output processes for generating key documents and streamline task management systems.
- Business-to-IT Translation: Translate complex operational requirements into scalable, high-performing IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, business owners, and external consultants to align on goals and priorities.
- Roadmap Execution: Define and execute a long-term digital vision for the Transversal P&C Insurance Tribe, ensuring alignment with Allianz’s global and regional strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary tribe, fostering an inclusive environment where innovation and technical excellence thrive.
- Agile Governance: Mature the Agile/SAFe way of working within the tribe to increase speed-to-market and delivery resilience.
- End-to-End Transformation: Drive the transformation of transversal operational processes to create a lean, future-ready organization.
- Value Realization: Ensure the delivery of solutions that meet business needs, are traceable in tools like Jira, and are successfully handed off into local testing and implementation.
Your Profile
- Operational Expertise: You have a strong background in operational processes, with specific experience in payment and collection systems and large IT transformations. Experience with financial systems such as SAP is a significant advantage.
- P&C Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with P&C Insurance operations at a Benelux level is highly desirable.
- Business & IT Alignment: You excel at bridging the gap between functional business demands and technical IT implementation.
- Leadership Experience: You have a proven track record of leading large tribes or departments within large-scale, complex stakeholder environments.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch and English is required to lead effectively in a cross-border context.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to Belgium, the Netherlands, Munich, and Spain as needed.
- Strategic Mindset: You understand how digital platforms drive operational excellence and have extensive experience navigating an Agile/SAFe framework.
- Certifications: You hold at least one project management certification (e.g., Agile, Scrum, LEAN, Prince2).
