Your main responsibilities:

Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy to increase the client portfolio.

We would be happy to welcome you in our team if you would like to have the following responsibilities:

  • Promoting the services provided by Allianz Trade Hungary (direct  and in cooperation with brokers)
  • Contributing to the development of the sales department
  • Achieving sales targets set by the Company’s management
  • Market prospecting - identifying potential customers (through proactive acquisition, including cold calling)
  • Sending general presentations and all other relevant information needed for a future collaboration
  • Staying in contact with companies selected as potential customers
  • Preparing offers and policies based on received information, and explaining, negotiating and signing new policies
  • Keeping activity record in accordance with Group requirements

 

 

Who you are/What you bring:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Communication/Marketing is a plus
  • Market knowledge: knowledge in dedicated business industries is an advantage (financial services, insurance)
  • Proven experience as sales advisor or other customer service/sales role preferably in B2B environment
  • Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach, self-driven personality taking ownership of own agenda and deliverables
  • Native Hungarian, good English level (reading, speaking and writing skills)
  • Basic understanding and/or interested in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
  • B category driving licence
