Job role

As part of our Nordic Surety & Guarantee team, you will be based in our Stockholm office and serve the local Swedish market. Our centrally located office is easily accessible by train, metro, and car, making commuting convenient from across the region.

We are a small team responsible for managing the existing customer portfolio as well as acquiring new customers. You will cooperate closely with and be supported by our risk department and will work with other colleagues across departments and countries.

The work environment is informal. Customer focus and professionalism are key elements in supporting the growth strategy decided for the guarantee operation within the Allianz Trade group.

Key responsibilities/What you do

• Active sales to both existing and potential customers.
• Conduct credit analysis and risk assessments of companies across a wide range of industries and sectors.

• Prepare client reports and recommendations for relevant decision-making bodies
• Underwriting of specific projects and surety & guarantee wordings

Key requirements/What you bring

Your personal qualifications are important to us, and you should therefore be able to recognize the following:

• Several years of experience from a bank and/or surety/guarantee company
• Solid underwriting experience
• Strong analytical skills with experience in company analysis and risk assessment
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in both English and Swedish, written and spoken is a must have skill
• Interest in leveraging AI and digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot and Data Analysis) to improve the way we work
