STAGIAIRE JURISTE DROIT SOCIAL F/M

Role :

Accompagner le Responsable Legal & Relations sociales et la Direction des ressources humaines sur l'ensemble des problématiques droit du travail/relations sociales dans l'entreprise.

Responsibilities :

Expertise/conseil en droit social (relations individuelles et collectives, santé/sécurité au travail) 
Suivi des contentieux individuels
Conseil opérationnel à destination des HRBP et de la DRH 
Participation à l’élaboration et à la rédaction d’accords collectifs
Projets RH transverses
Formations et veille en droit social

Challenge of the role :

Allier expertise juridique/technique et rôle de support pour la DRH et le busine

Knowledge/Experiences/Required skills :

Stage Elève-avocat PPI (durée 6 mois).
Diplômé d'un master 2 en droit social ou en cours. 
Une première expérience en cabinet ou en entreprise est un plus.
