What do we expect you to bring?
- Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities,
- At least 8 years of experience in the insurance sector, especially in the life and private pension fields,
- Leadership experience in business analysis, process management and project management,
- Familiarity with agile, Scrum etc. project management methodologies,
- Ability to use business process modeling tools,
- Knowledge in SQL, data analytics and reporting,
- Ability to use project management tools such as Jira effectively,
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and leadership skills,
- Team management and mentoring experience,
- Preferably if you have regulatory knowledge for the insurance and retirement sector
How can you make an impact?
- Support organizational development and change management processes.
- To carry out the development and maintenance activities of performance management process & systems
- Analyze performance data and provide insights for improvement.
- Analyze current and future workforce requirements based on business needs and objectives.
- Monitor strategic workforce trends and make recommendations to improve staffing efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports &dashboards on organizational metrics
- Support succession planning process for critical roles within the organization
- Ensure local monitoring of global processes
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with managers and executives
