What Do We Expect From You?
- 5+ years of experience in Finance, transformation, productivity, or consulting roles
- Strong analytical thinking with positive, problem-solving attitude
- Strong presence and communication skills to start and drive productivity initiatives in collaboration with various departments and teams
- Thrives in ambiguity and can push productivity agenda in resistant environments
- BS degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Open for learning and new responsibilities
- Excellent command of English (both spoken and writte
- Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT
How can You Make an Impact?
Lead or support strategic productivity initiatives across the organization
Identify and prioritize high-impact process, cost and efficiency opportunities
Perform and present productivity analysis to Productivity Leader and Finance Top Management
Conduct feasibility analysis of proposed investment ideas (e.g. FTE, CAPEX)
Meet requirements of productivity transformation program led by Allianz Group
Manage the budget process of overhead expenses in accordance with the strategic priorities of the company
Monitor budget and actual variances of all department budgets, work in coordination with budget owners to ensure that necessary actions are taken.
Ensure the integrity of actual figures and understand the variance between actual and budget
Prepare monthly management reports OTIF and present monthly results to CFO and other finance colleagues
Perform function based external and internal benchmark analysis
Maintain constructive relationships with budget owners and challenge them wherever necessary
