Student Credit Analyst

Summary of the Role:
Allianz Trade Sweden is seeking a motivated Student Credit Analyst to join our Credit team in Stockholm. This is an exciting opportunity for a student with a background in business or economics to gain hands-on experience in credit analysis and contribute to the underwriting of trade credit insurance. You will work closely with a dedicated team of eight professionals, analysing Swedish companies and supporting our efforts to monitor and assess credit risks.
Main Tasks:
- Conduct credit analysis of small and medium-sized Swedish companies.
- Prepare credit analyses requiring approval beyond personal authority for review by Senior Analysts.
- Contribute to industry sector outlooks by analyzing public and proprietary information to identify market trends.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal departments and Allianz Trade offices in other countries.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: Currently enrolled in a business, economics, or similar program, with at least 1.5 years remaining in studies (relevant experience may compensate).
- Skills:
- Strong ability to understand and analyze company financial statements.
- Clear and structured communication of analysis.
- Solid decision-making skills and ability to work with speed and accuracy.
- Languages: Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience: Work experience in credit assessment is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, strong communication, and excellent collaboration skills.
