Key responsibiliti
As the Project Manager – Tenders & Onboarding Bank in Allianz’s Travel line of business, you will play a pivotal role in managing the process of integration of new Bank business partners into Allianz.
In this role, you will be accountable to coordinate all technology and change management efforts required to ensure a seamless and expedient onboarding of Bank companies ensuring necessary integration with Allianz platforms and processes. During the implementation process, this critical role is the main interface between our business partners, our technology partners, sales, and business units globally
You will report to the Head of Tenders, Onboarding & Project Management (TOP) for the Travel Line of Business and will be part of a Global TOP team. This Global team is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the insurance products integration from collaboration with sales to implementation of new business partners into over 40 business units around the world
This role provides a great opportunity to work within one of the world's largest insurance and financial services companies and engage with some of the world’s biggest travel partners.
As a Project Manager, you are in charge of the following responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise the standard and non-standard implementations of business partners, collaborating across sales, business units and technology.

Proactive involvement with sales, facilitating a cross functional team in the creation and development of high quality tenders and proposals.

Ensure end-to-end onboarding journey for new business partners, including API integration, platform enhancements, product configuration and end-to-end testing and implementation.

Coordinate testing and validation activities.

Monitor and report progress on progress, risks and issues, with effective and actionable remediation plans.
What you bring
- Key skills: thought leadership as well as planning and reporting skills, project management skills, effective decision making, escalation management, change management and key stakeholder management skills.
- University degree or equivalent education in or Business School or Computer Science, or a similar qualification.
- Work experience international environment.
- Self-driven and organized, ability to steer topics, to prioritize effectively multiple tasks.
- Experience of work in IT development as PM, PO, BA or key QA positions.
- Ability to build trust with, and manage stakeholders.
- Enthusiastic learner and eager to ramp-up on new solutions, willing to take new challenges.
- Cross-cultural awareness.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), second language is a plus (French or German).
