What You Do
We are looking for an intern to support initiatives that strengthen customer centric culture and enhance Customer Experience (CX) awareness across the organization. You will help promote customer insights, animate internal communities, and contribute to cultural transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support internal communication on CX topics (newsletters, stories, presentations, short content).
- Assist in organizing CX events, workshops, and awareness sessions.
- Contribute to the diffusion and simplification of customer insights.
- Participate in customer culture initiatives (champion networks, engagement activities).
- Conduct basic research and benchmarks on CX best practices.
- Provide general support for ongoing transformation and customer centricity programs.
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master’s student in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- Strong interest in Customer Experience and transformation topics.
- Good communication and storytelling skills in English.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint; knowledge of collaboration tools is a plus.
