As part of the Finance team, you will support the company's accounting and financial activities. You will contribute to the accuracy of financial data, expense monitoring, and business performance management through reporting and analysis.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain a broad understanding of accounting, financial controlling, and business performance management within a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities : 

Accounting

  • Prepare monthly accruals using existing financial tools and reporting files.
  • Monitor the allocation of invoices across accounting categories.
  • Ensure accruals are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
  • Identify, analyze, and explain any discrepancies or anomalies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting monitoring processes.

Expense Monitoring

  • Perform monthly expense data extraction from SAP.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of recorded expenses.
  • Verify the correct allocation of expenses to cost centers and general ledger accounts.
  • Detect errors, omissions, or inconsistencies and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Contribute to improving the reliability and quality of financial data.

Financial Controlling & Performance Monitoring

  • Support the monthly monitoring of expenses and key financial indicators.
  • Analyze significant variances between actual results and forecasts.
  • Assist with quarterly closing activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, ad hoc analyses, and business performance tracking.
  • Support the preparation of presentations and management deliverables.

What We're Looking For : 

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (or equivalent, Bachelor's +4 / +5 level) with a specialization in Finance or Controlling.
  • Available for a 6-month internship.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
