What you do
The Global Human Resources (HR) team at Allianz Partners works in a dynamic, matrix, and multicultural environment. We are responsible for defining the overarching HR strategy and supporting its international Business Units.
Within the Controlling and Analytics department, as the HR Controlling Intern, you will support the management of HR reports and control processes.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Support the monthly maintenance of the HR Database
- Verify the quality of data received and conduct sanity checks in the database
- Prepare the monthly HR report and recruitment tracking for the Board of Management
- Support the UAT for database enhancements
What you bring
- Masters BAC+4 / +5 in Mathematics, Statistics or Finance
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with Business Intelligence or Data Visualization tools is a plus
- Full proficiency in English
- A high sense of confidentiality and awareness of Data Protection principles
- Analytics skills, with an attention to detail, control and accuracy
- Results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously, be self-directed
- Team player and ability to work in an international environment
