This apprenticeship exists to give you real, hands-on experience in global project management within Allianz Partners’ Roadside Assistance and Mobility business.

You’ll be working with an international team that is transforming how we deliver roadside services worldwide – looking at how we operate, how we communicate, and how we use data to improve performance.

This role is a good fit if you:

  • Are studying in a business / project / operations-related field and want to see how it works in practice
  • Enjoy organising work, following up on actions and keeping projects on track
  • Like working with data, turning numbers into clear insights and stories
  • Feel comfortable communicating with different stakeholders, including senior managers, in English

What you do

In this Junior Project Manager apprenticeship, you will:

  • Support the planning and coordination of Roadside Assistance and Mobility projects across different countries, helping to keep timelines, actions and deliverables on track
  • Analyse operational performance (e.g. planning dialogues, cost analysis, KPIs) to highlight issues and opportunities for improvement
  • Help design and execute communication plans around key projects, ensuring updates are clear, consistent and reach the right stakeholders
  • Prepare internal presentations and reports that show project progress, performance insights and practical recommendations for next steps
  • Join cross-functional meetings, capture decisions and follow up on actions with colleagues in operations, product, finance and other teams
  • Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use

What you bring

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management or a related field, and looking for an apprenticeship where you can apply your studies to real projects
  • You can work with data in Excel (e.g. organising datasets, using formulas, building basic charts) and turn analysis into simple, clear conclusions that help decisions
  • You communicate confidently in English, in writing and verbally, and can explain complex or technical topics in a way non-experts can understand
  • You are comfortable using PowerPoint and Word to build structured presentations and documents that tell a clear story and support management discussions
  • You enjoy working with people from different cultures and functions, can manage several tasks at once, and are willing to take ownership of your work
  • You bring a proactive, learning mindset: you ask questions, seek feedback, and look for ways to improve how you and the team operate
