At Allianz Partners, we are looking for an experienced RSA Steering & Performance Lead to drive business performance, profitability, and strategic execution across our global Roadside Assistance (RSA) portfolio.
This is a highly visible international role for a commercially minded leader with strong financial, operational, and insurance expertise who thrives in complex environments and enjoys transforming underperforming businesses into high-performing operations.
You will work closely with regional and local leadership teams, including CEOs and functional stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Sales, Underwriting, and Performance Management, helping markets achieve their financial and operational objectives.
What You Do
- Drive performance improvement initiatives across underperforming RSA markets and business units.
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
- Develop and implement remediation plans in collaboration with local and regional leadership teams.
- Lead governance, reporting, and performance steering activities across the RSA portfolio.
- Manage and monitor action plans to ensure delivery against financial targets and business plans.
- Coordinate internal and external cost optimization programs to increase competitiveness and profitability.
- Support Planning Dialogue (PD), budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring processes.
- Partner with stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment with RSA strategic priorities.
- Share best practices and promote operational excellence across markets worldwide.
- Support the localization and successful execution of the global RSA strategy.
- AI READINESS Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
What You Bring
Experience
- 10+ years of experience within insurance, assistance, mobility services, or related industries.
- Strong background in one or more of the following areas:
- Roadside Assistance (RSA)
- Motor Insurance
- Underwriting
- Operations
- Sales & Distribution
- Business Development
- Market Management
- Proven experience managing business performance and P&L delivery.
- Experience working across international and matrix organizations.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of roadside assistance and/or motor insurance business models.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.
- Strong project and change management experience.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work across cultures and geographies.
- Confident communicator capable of engaging senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
Education
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Insurance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
