Travel Key Account Manager M/F

You will oversee a portfolio of global accounts, identify and develop sales opportunities, serve as the primary global liaison for clients, negotiate contract renewals, and secure their financial growth.
As a Key Account Manager, you will report directly to the Team Leader of the Travel Account Management team.
Account management:
- Expand and maintain Global Accounts by guaranteeing comprehensive client satisfaction.
- Drive outcomes and closely track the profitability of partnerships.
- Implement sales initiatives, including strategic planning, business reviews, detailed reporting, and performance analysis.
- Oversee tender processes and manage contract renewals effectively.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (e.g., IT, digital, marketing, legal, underwriting) to effectively manage and fulfill client requirements.
- Foster and sustain strong, trustworthy relationships with AZP business units by providing support as needed and promoting seamless collaboration with other global departments.
- Continuously develop and deepen expertise on products, industry trends, compliance, and regulatory standards within the evolving travel sector to position AZP as the preferred travel service provider.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree (4 to 5 years)
- Proven track record with over 5 years of experience in Account Management or Sales
- Fluent in English is essential; proficiency in German or Spanish is an added advantage
