Job Purpose
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join the Sales Finance team within the Commercial department of Allianz. This role will contribute to strategic decision making, by providing a wide range of outcomes and proposals, coming from extensive analysis of data available in the company’s core systems.
The role reports to the Sales & Contract Management Supervisor.


What you will do

  • Full automation & optimization of Sales Finance data (network KPIs etc.) 
  • Integrate AI into department’s routine processes
  • Automate monitoring & controlling tools, to ensure quality and accuracy of network payments
  • Manage complex data set and build reporting related to network payments
  • Develop in-depth analysis procedures of complex data sets to identify trends and optimize network compensation
  • Optimize key metrics of network acquisition cost in a BI tool
  • Automate recurrent time-consuming activities of Sales Finance department
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed, to support business inquiries
  • Plan and use your time effectively, to meet deadlines and project milestones
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI and data analytics, to continually enhance our BI capabilities


What you bring

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3 years minimum experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related role
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. Some experience in Python or R, is considered an asset. Proficiency in MS office is a must (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
