About the role
Join a global leader in assistance and insurance and learn the full sales cycle—from pitch to go‑live. You’ll support our Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and Sales Manager with partner communications, reporting, market research, and day‑to‑day sales operations—gaining hands‑on experience and executive exposure.
- Type: Full-time Internship
- Duration: Minimum 6 months (extendable up to 12 months)
- Start Window: June–July 2026 (must be able to start within this period)
- Work Model: Hybrid (office + WFH, per business needs)
- Office Location: Robinson road
- Stipend: S$1,500/month for degree students/graduates; S$2,000/month for MBA students/graduates (no additional allowances).
What you’ll do
- Observe and assist across pitching, negotiation, closing, and implementation
- Liaise with partners at the CSO/manager’s request; attend meetings as needed
- Conduct market research and contribute to pitches and sales strategies
- Provide customer service support to walk‑in customers
- Enter and track data for billing and sales performance across lines of business
- Update sales reports/documents; track outstanding items and billing inputs
- Maintain contract databases; ensure execution forms are completed
- Respond to invoicing/credit note queries; send monthly sales reports to clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction surveys are issued and recorded
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the CSO/Sales Manager
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
Who we’re looking for
- Currently pursuing OR recently graduated (undergraduate or master’s/MBA) in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related fields
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint; accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication; confident engaging partners/customers
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Curious about sales, partnerships, and market insights; team player with a learning mindset
Working arrangement
- Hours: Monday–Friday, standard office hours
- Hybrid: Work from office and home (as scheduled, per business needs)
- Duration: Minimum 6 months; extendable up to 12 months by mutual agreement
Eligibility (Singapore)
Open only to candidates who already have the right to undertake an internship in Singapore:
- Local students/recent graduates: Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
- International students studying in Singapore with a valid Student Pass
- Students/recent graduates from overseas with a valid Work Holiday Pass Note: We are unable to sponsor work passes for internships.
