JOB DETAILS / ROLE PURPOSE:

 

  • Provide support to Budget Support and Recharging team spread in several location;
  • Perform Controlling tasks in accordance with the process documentation and standard AWP procedures;
  • Implement process improvements across all Budget Support and Recharging processes and support system  improvements;
  • The activities and responsibilities in the role consist of Analysis of data posted  Master Data Maintenance , Documentation , Run allocation cycle, Reposting validation, LOB reports  Allocation report, Investigation of the issues , Planning Dialogue.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Support all activities related to controlling, month end closing and budgeting process;
  • Support standard queries related to SAP and other tools;
  • Maintain , update and run of cost allocation cycles;
  • Prepare all necessary monthly reconciliations (e.g. SAP/ECCS) and reports;
  • Master data maintenance of dimensions (e.g. Cost center, WBS, GL accounts etc.) in  SAP and other tools;
  • Support in Budget Planning and reporting alongwith developing various reports;
  • Act as a central point for upload issues / cost centers maintenance / mapping change requests coming from regional/local team. Progressively, interact with the system for updates;
  • Prepare and maintain trackers for open items and issues, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records;
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of cost-related issues;
  • Support the development and implementation of new tools and systems to enhance cost data navigation and issue resolution;
  • Other adhoc tasks , Projects and responsibilities as the need arises;
  • Work within a team structure in achieving key performance indicators and objectives and be highly focused on the achievement of these objectives;
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with appropriate internal and external stakeholders.

 

PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS:

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Inter - CA/CWA or B. Comm;
  • Previous accounting experience is preferable.

 

System Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills;
  • Previous experience using FICO/CICO module of SAP.

 

Initiative:

  • Ability to undertake initiative and deliver quality results often with competing deadlines.

 

Team Work:

  • Individual role though needs to co-ordinate with the team and support at time of requirements

 

Other Skills:

  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.

 

Customer Service:

  • Communicating with clients regarding deliveries , inquiries, providing support, and addressing any client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
