JOB DETAILS / JOB OBJECTIVE:
The Finance Team is a dynamic and agile team dedicated to providing operational support and facilitating transformation across our Finance Factory organization. As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting core business activities while also being exposed to a variety of critical functions across all Finance Factory departments. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally, develop new skills, and make a tangible impact on the success of the Finance Factory organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will take on mission-based assignments to support finance teams during critical absences while also leaving lasting improvements. As a Squad member, you will step into existing roles, ensure smooth business continuity and identify opportunities to strengthen processe.
Continuity / Backfill:
- Take over key operational tasks during employee absences;
- Ensure critical deadlines are met (e.g invoicing, month end closing, etc.);
- Maintain accuracy and compliance in all assigned activities.
Process Improvement/Uplift:
- Identify inefficiencies, risks and improvements opportunities in day-to-day operations;
- Document processes and create simple guides for smoother handover;
- Suggest and pilot practical improvements (error reduction, automation, standardization).
Collaboration:
- Build trust with local finance teams by listening first and adapting to context;
- Communicate findings and improvement proposals clearly and diplomatically;
- Work with stakeholders to ensure knowledge transfer back to the returning employee.
Qualifications and experience:
- Experience in finance, auditing, or consulting;
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree;
- Advanced English;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
Systemic skills:
- Knowledge of SAP is desirable;
- Excellent Excel skills (a plus: automation tools, Python).
