Risk Analyst

Position Summary
We are looking for a Non-Financial Risk Analyst to support risk management activities across the organization. In this role, you will work with business teams to help identify risks, test controls, support risk assessments, deliver training, and maintain risk management tools and documentation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in risk management, compliance, internal controls, or audit and wants to gain exposure to a global organization.
What You Will Do
- Support the execution of the Non-Financial Risk Management program.
- Assist with risk assessments by coordinating workshops, documenting results, and maintaining risk records.
- Perform control testing, gather supporting evidence, document findings, and track action plans.
- Prepare reports and presentations for risk governance meetings.
- Create and maintain training materials and support risk awareness initiatives.
- Update risk management content on internal platforms and communication channels.
- Provide support to users of risk management tools, including responding to questions and delivering training.
- Manage user access requests and perform periodic access reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and locations to promote effective risk management practices.
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
What You Will Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Internal Controls, Finance, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and present information in a clear and structured way.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and cultures.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to risk management, compliance, audit, or internal controls.
- Experience with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) tools.
