Intern in Business Strategy & Transformation (m/f/d)

About the Job

As an Intern in Business Strategy & Transformation, you will support strategic initiatives, organizational projects, communications and change management activities, contributing to business growth, executive governance and operational excellence.

What you do

• Support strategic planning activities and business reviews. Prepare presentations and executive reports and consolidate business performance indicators.
• Maintain pipeline and opportunity tracking. Support market and competitor research and assist in preparation of business cases.
• Document organizational processes and business requirements and support governance and process mapping activities.
• Coordinate change management initiatives, support stakeholder communication plans and track action plans and project milestones.
• Prepare internal communication materials, support leadership messaging and manage communication calendars and content organization.
• Research market trends and emerging technologies.
• Support innovation workshops and initiatives. Consolidate best practices and benchmarking studies.

What you bring

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with an analytical mindset.
• Proactive and growth mindset as well as Project coordination skills.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,  Economics or Production Engineering and you have an interest in project management and operational excellence
• Communication skills and English fluency (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Mandatory: Availability for a 6-hour internship schedule – In person at Pinheiros Office; Graduation expected between Dec/2027 and Dec/2029.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
