Job Summary:
The Agile Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects using Agile methodologies to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement in project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) from initiation through delivery.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure clear communication and transparency across all project stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices and principles.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, feedback, and adaptation of processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience, with a proven track record of successful Agile project delivery.
- PMP or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in handling Infrastructure squads.
