Job Summary:

The Agile Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects using Agile methodologies to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, facilitating agile ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:                                

  • Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) from initiation through delivery.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure clear communication and transparency across all project stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
  • Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices and principles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, feedback, and adaptation of processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 9+ years of experience, with a proven track record of successful Agile project delivery.
  • PMP or Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PSM, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in handling Infrastructure squads.

Knowledge in Allianz Agile Blueprint (Nice to have)
