Planning and Reporting

• Assume regular monthly cost center cost reporting and forecasting processes 
• Ensure timely and effective communication to business customers within own area of responsibility
• Support budget holders within own area of responsibility during the entire cost planning process, challenge business plans and identify risks & opportunities

Financial Analysis

• Provide assigned in-depth analysis of cost topics, identify key cost drivers and tracking suitable KPIs over time. Highlight upcoming risks and opportunities and articulate clear recommendations
• Presentation of analysis and findings in a customer-specific and transparent way, with robust financial commentary to enable decision making
• Ad hoc analysis

Account Management

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings to stakeholders, aiding in informed decision-making
• Identify and implement strategies to optimize costs and improve profitability
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and enhance commercial performance.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify areas of inefficiency or overspending, providing insights into potential cost-saving opportunities
• Work closely with Finance, legal, and compliance teams to ensure alignment on contract terms
• Work closely with various business and technical teams to enhance service quality and resolve issues efficiently

Technical support processes & tools

• Support reporting & planning process by updating & further developing relevant tools
• Update and prepare relevant tool / process documentation

• Basic knowledge or experience with AI tools will be beneficial.
