Senior Delivery Manager_2527
IN
AGILE TRIBE LEAD
The ideal candidate should have around 15+ years of experience in Service Delivery/Tribe Management area with adequate understanding of SF HR modules or similar set-up. For Allianz Technology to truly move to a continuous learning organization using Agile practices, we must all change our mindset, and this starts with leadership. We expect servant leadership to be at the core of everything we do, to empower our people to self-manage, and to determine the appropriate solutions to goals identified as OKRs. This gives Squads/Tribes the freedom to be creative and innovative in solutions without requirements being treated as a series of instructions to implement.
Leadership is important for coaching and empowerment. They collaborate and help their organizations grow. Leadership does not micromanage or tell Squads what to do or how to do it; they define a vision alongside key goals/OKRs to focus on strategy and through shared understanding align on solutions that can demonstrate both business value and long-term maintainability. Leadership acts to solve impediments and dependencies that an individual Squad/Tribe may not be able to solve themselves.

- Together with the Tribe Tech Lead, s/he is accountable for the financial aspects of a tribe. This includes the accountability for the required budget (change and run budget including infrastructure and licensing cost of their products). Budgeting follows the stable teams principle. This means a budget is ensured on midterm planning (1-2 years) that allows for a tribe sustainability of their products and teams avoiding prompt unplanned heavy ramp ups and ramp downs. In context of stable teams resource planning is also a responsibility. Together they coordinate the tribe budget from different sponsors and are responsible for the budget steering within the tribe, which they report transparently in the QBR process.
- As representatives of the agile "Product" organization, s/he communicates with the Chapter Leads of the ("Chapter") line organization regarding people and skill planning and make sure that time booking on scopes for all tribe members is appropriate.
