  • Drive the adoption and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitHub, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, AWX) to accelerate software delivery.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible for automation and consistency.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of enterprise systems (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).

  • Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Handle ad hoc calls and provide timely resolutions to critical issues as they arise.
  • Establish and enforce security best practices and compliance standards across infrastructure and processes.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers and other IT staff, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of priorities.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in DevOps, cloud computing, and automation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Document system architectures, configurations, processes, and changes for transparency and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for mentoring and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, RHCE, LFCS, or similar.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with additional configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Chef).
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM).
