Role Overview
Leads end‑to‑end design and development; ensures performance, scalability, and security; mentors engineers and drives best practices across UI/API/DB and DevOps.
Experience
- 7–10+ years full‑stack experience (enterprise‑grade systems).
- Proven leadership of features, performance tuning, and production RCA.
Responsibilities
- Lead Angular architecture (lazy loading, Nx/Ngrx, performance profiling).
- Engineer Spring Boot microservices with resilience patterns (circuit breakers, retries).
- Define API standards (error taxonomy, idempotency, versioning, rate limiting).
- Own DB performance: indexes, partitioning, query optimization; advise schema design.
- Architect CI/CD with quality/security gates; standardize Docker images and base layers.
- Implement comprehensive observability (logs, metrics, traces) and SLOs.
- Design security controls (OAuth2/OIDC/JWT), threat modeling, and secure configs.
- Drive production incident management, RCA, and preventive actions; mentor team.
Required Skills
- Expert Angular (RxJS, Ngrx), Java/Spring Boot, and API design.
- Advanced SQL tuning and database performance optimization.
- Strong CI/CD, Docker; familiarity with Kubernetes desirable.
- Deep understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practices.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Kafka, messaging, and distributed transactions.
- Exposure to AI tools.
- Cloud deployment experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).
