The Senior PMO role supports enterprise-wide planning, governance, coordination, and execution of strategic and operational initiatives across Allianz Services. The position provides structure, visibility, and delivery discipline to transformation, process improvement, and digital projects, while ensuring alignment between business priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

 

The successful candidate will combine strategic understanding with strong execution capability, bringing structure, ownership, and collaboration to enterprise initiatives while ensuring timely delivery, transparency, and effective governance across projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate strategic and operational initiatives across Allianz Services, ensuring clear plans, milestones, owners, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain PMO governance standards, including project plans, action trackers, risk logs, status reporting, and steering materials
  • Support transformation initiatives, operating model enhancements, and process optimization across functions
  • Prepare dashboards, KPI reports, executive summaries, and presentation materials for leadership visibility and decision-making
  • Facilitate workshops, governance forums, and stakeholder follow-ups to drive execution and resolve dependencies
  • Support the implementation of digital and operational projects, ensuring readiness, documentation, communication, and adoption
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, operating guidelines, and roles and responsibilities matrices (e.g., RACI)
  • Contribute to change management activities, including communication planning, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement

 


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Project Management, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in PMO, project management, transformation, strategy, consulting, or operational support roles
  • Proven exposure to cross-functional initiatives, strategic planning, digital implementation, process formalization, and performance reporting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, SAP, or Workday is an advantage
  • Fluent English and French required
