Allianz Services is running service delivery operations in Romania, India, Mauritius and Morocco as well as is operating Consulting hubs in Germany, USA, Italy, France and Singapore with almost 8500 colleagues globally.

We are looking for you! We are currently seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who will be responsible for providing HR consultancy and advice to managers within the organization in the areas listed below and by facilitating the execution of HR solutions that support the growth of AZ Services and its overall strategy. Additionally, this position will lead the HR team, help resolve strategic business issues, promote AZ Services development and culture, and embed the AZ Services values while working closely with the Global PE Head, HRBPs, and Center of Expertise on shared initiatives as applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner and primary point of contact for line managers, C-level executives, and business leaders within Allianz Services Global Office and Allianz Consulting. Promote awareness of HR processes, tools, and their interdependencies.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers in resolving employee relations matters, ensuring alignment with company policies and values.
  • Lead and conduct investigations into employee concerns or complaints, maintaining confidentiality and integrity throughout the process.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees on work-related issues, fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.
  • Liaise with internal and external legal counsel as required to support HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate closely with Centres of Expertise to drive performance management and talent development initiatives across Allianz Services Global Office and Allianz Consulting.
  • Manage recruitment activities in partnership with the Recruiting Centre of Expertise and coordinate with the Mobility team on relevant cases.
  • Support business leaders in executing core HR processes including rewards, performance management, grading, talent development, and annual compensation reviews, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Provide HR expertise and support in the implementation of change management initiatives and group-wide projects.
  • Actively contribute to the rollout of regional and global HR programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data management for Allianz Services Global Office and Allianz Consulting, in coordination with HR Services.
  • Stay informed on emerging HR trends and developments, bringing forward innovative ideas and practices.
  • Recommend and review HR policies and procedures as needed, and advise stakeholders on their interpretation and application.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 6 years in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a GBS (Global Business Services) environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and manage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to take initiative and deliver results.
  • Experience in at least one HR expert domain (e.g., recruitment, learning & development).
  • Comfortable working with data and metrics; detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with effective communication and critical thinking skills.
  • High level of accountability, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Solution-focused with a keen eye for detail and process optimization.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Digitally fluent; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in SAP and SuccessFactors considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
  • Prior experience in a matrixed, multinational organization is preferred
