We are seeking a Service Manager with extensive experience in managing global teams within the service management domain, particularly focusing on customer interactions across Europe and the ASAP region. The ideal candidate should possess substantial expertise in various automation tools, with a strong emphasis on UiPath. This role requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience in IT  with service management expertise , overseeing any Robotics platforms or any Data Platform, coupled with knowledge in cloud technologies. You will

  • Take ownership of UI path Race robotics platform service and manage the end to end   Processes.
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for the entire department for Service Management related activities, especially in Robotics area .
  • Create opportunities for synergies across the various applications by leading Service Management Processes.
  • Support Risk Management and Remediation Activities Processes.
  • Ensure stable and efficient operation of services including availability, capacity of services.
  • Support with cost and revenue management, financial tracking and reporting.
  • Guide technical teams in process implementations and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure security best practices are followed and manage security tools and protocols.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to ensure best practices for continuous integration and continuous delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems and processes.
  • Act as bridge between team in Germany and India
    -  Manage and improve inter-cultural awareness in teams
    - Conduct inter-cultural trainings
  • Prepare and conduct meetings and agile ceremonies with project teams and stakeholders
  • Manage the  Change Management , Incidents and problems
  • Managing global teams
  •  Understanding of Insurance processes
  • Experience in coaching, change management and conflict resolution
  • Strong communication skills

 

 

Your skills

·       Bachelor's degree Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related.

  • Recommended to have 8+ years of relevant experience in IT operations with relevant experience in Service Management

·       Strong expertise in Robotics Platforms and UI path area

·       Proven Stakeholder Management across several business levels and strong process/project management skills (ITIL training or certification desirable)

·       Service Management experience in at least two areas (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Risk, Configuration, etc.)

·       Strong budget and cost-effective planning and design skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite

·       Continuous learning mindset, highly independent and persistent working style, and ability to communicate ideas effectively.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop comprehensive business cases.
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of business practices in both countries.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software.
  • Good understanding of the below tools:

·       Project Management tool JIRA/Confluence

·       PowerPoint presentation

·       MS Office, Excel, Visio

·       Waterfall and Agile methodologies

  • PMP /PRINCE, ITIL Certification
  • A track record of Independent worker but a team-player; self-starter; business-minded; pragmatic; result-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results; and takes ownership of initiatives.
  • Engaging personality who is able to build and maintain good working relationships and strong professional presence
