What you do

Lead Allianz Partners Quality and Process Excellence agenda, elevating customer experience across every touchpoint. You’ll own transactional quality, VOC/NPS, complaints, and fraud/leakage control. Partner with operations and leaders to deliver measurable improvements. Make a national impact within a global leader in assistance and insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead transactional quality framework, audits, calibrations, and improvement plans nationwide.
• Own VOC and NPS programs; turn insights into measurable actions.
• Oversee complaints lifecycle; drive root-cause fixes and faster resolution.
• Lead fraud and leakage controls; investigate incidents and strengthen defenses.
• Deliver Lean Six Sigma projects improving cost, quality, and efficiency.
• Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

What you bring

• Lean Six Sigma certification; delivered impactful Green Belt projects.
• 8+ years in quality, process improvement, or customer experience.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary quality teams and programs.
• Strong analytics, QA methodologies, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Professional English and Japanese fluency
